1 x 50 yd easy

4 rounds of:

30 sec kick in the wall (hard)

1 x 25 yd sprint rest 45 sec

1 x 25 yd underwater

rest 1 minute between rounds!!!

1 x 200 yd easy

 

total= 1,050 yd
