Weekly Strongman class

The weekly Strongman classes will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30pm - 7:30pm.

The Program structure:

0-5min - warmup

5-30min - Barbell strength (back squat/press/deadlift...etc.) 

30-40 - Transition to workout with implement for that day

40-60 - Strongman event style workout

The cost for "non-members" is $105/per month and will cover Tuesdays/Thursdays/Saturdays as well as include access to weekly Strongman programming.

This class will be following an exclusive strength program that is created in house.

Strongman Saturdays

 This is a following up class to our weekly strongman program. This class is geared more to having FUN with implements and is a great way for those that are interested in Strongman training to get started.

“Moving large loads, long distance, quickly” is what we train so hard to become better at and there is no better expression of that than training with (old school) strongman style implements with a (new school) CrossFit style programming.

In this class we will learn how to lift untraditional and awkward objects such as:
Heavy Sandbags

Training Strongman will greatly improve movement efficiency and build a tremendous amount of raw strength which will carry over to all of your other lifts (Clean n’ Jerk, Snatch, Deadlift, Squats, HSPU….). 

Strongman is a universal and very functional strength building training method that will provide you with “real world” strength rather than just the ability to lift a barbell overhead.

This class will is held every Saturday at 11am. It is free for all GMA members and $10 for non-members.
