At GMA, we are not a “gym.” We are a community of fitness that believes that the sky is the limit. We do not use machines, treadmills or heart-rate monitors. Instead, we are the machines! and we utilize functional movements to achieve our fitness/performance goals. We train these functional movements in a diverse, high-intensity program that’s constantly changing while utilizing our own body weight, barbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, plyometrics, sleds, tires, hammers, ropes, atlas stones, kegs, rings, running... the list is endless, and the results are evident.
We always keep an extremely positive and motivating attitude. There is always a strong sense of camaraderie here at GMA, and everyone is here to support one another no matter if you are the first one done or the last one to finish.
